HubSpot Consultant

Join Dean Infotech as a HubSpot Consultant, where you'll be responsible for implementing and optimizing HubSpot solutions to drive client success. In this role, you'll collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance CRM strategies, automate processes, and deliver data-driven insights. Ideal candidates have strong expertise in HubSpot tools and client-facing experience.

Location: Noida/Nagpur/Faridabad
Experience: 3 + years

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain HubSpot Solutions: Customize and integrate HubSpot technology solutions for optimal performance.
  • Reporting and Workflows: Create reports and workflows to monitor customer activity, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across the customer journey to enhance their experience.
  • Data Integration: Enhance our ability to combine quantitative and qualitative data for improved customer-facing actions.
  • Requirement Gathering and Implementation: Work with marketing, sales, support, and account management teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and train users.
  • HubSpot Capabilities: Operate, design, and improve HubSpot capabilities, and build consensus on priorities and outcomes.
  • Data Maintenance: Ensure accurate records of customer information in HubSpot.
  • Dashboard Review: Review dashboards for accuracy, identify errors, and correct them.
  • Sales Support: Develop reports and workflows to support sales activities.
  • User Access Management: Manage user access, clean up obsolete reports, workflows, views, and properties, and support internal tracking for customer onboarding and task management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a developer and administrator in HubSpot, sales hub,Marketing hub, and Service hubs.
  • Project Management: Proven skills in coordinating sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Logical Processes: Ability to define and represent logical processes.
  • CPQ Process: Experience with configure, price, quote (CPQ) processes and technology.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage, prioritize, and deliver multiple change requests.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to convey information to HubSpot users.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in developing HubSpot workflows, reports, forms, and sequences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
