Project Coordinator
Preferred to hire immediate joiners or short notice period candidates.
Job Location: Faridabad Sector 16.
Experience: 3 + years
Responsibilities:
- The individual is expected to lead the implementation life cycle, starting with Project Kick-off, Business Requirement Gathering, Solution and Designing, User Acceptance Testing and Project Hand-Off.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to explain complex requirements in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience of driving project implementations through both project and business analysis skills.
- Ability to document Business Requirements and Functional Solution Design of high quality with no ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with an ability to work effectively across departments and clients.
- Deliver owned tasks within the schedule and timelines agreed with Project Manager and/or Client.
- Research for alternative approaches to solve problems.
- Managing issues and risks as required knowledge of project management tool.
- Coordinating and controlling project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
- Participate in the full development life cycle process and delegating tasks to team members as per project.
- Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Well versed in defining project activity and project resource planning.
- Good in monitoring Progress of the project.
- Expert in project documentation and release.
- Experience in managing project reports.
- Good in controlling time management in project.
- Acquaintance with : Jira/Asana/Monday/Gantt-Chart/Kanban/Scrum/Agile.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Articulative in thought process, Proactive and go getter attitude.
- Experience of working with 3rd parties and multiple stakeholders.
- Pragmatic and team player with an attention to detail.
- Risk Management and Risk Mitigation capabilities.
- Experience in project coordination & client communication.
- Well versed with Agile methodologies.
- Must have functional understand of technology used in front end , backend.
- Must be aware of technical understanding of the terns like MeanStack, Mernstack, Fullstack etc.
- Excellent exposure in managing web and mobile based projects.
Added Advantage:
- Project Management Certification.
- Knowledge of JIRA and other project management tools.
